Prior to forming Corporate Training Partners in 1998, Peter worked at Raymond James Financial (RJF) for nearly 15 years. As a financial analyst, he helped developed systems to promote the delivery of profitable business. As a corporate educator he was instrumental in promoting and growing a culture that delivered outstanding service that created a competitive edge that helped RJF increase revenues from under $300 million to more than $900 million in eight years, guiding the creation of Raymond James University, a pace-setting innovation that helped Raymond James associates deliver world-class service.

Peter was recognized by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Suncoast chapter as their Human Resource Development Professional of the Year and has published articles in the Tampa Bay Business Journal. He is an active member of Toastmasters International, ASTD (currently serving as President), the Senior Human Resources Development Forum, the Society for Human Resource Management and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. As a certified associate of Integro Leadership Institute and a distributor of Inscape Publishing products, Peter has access to research backed, proven tools and processes.
