Your presenter is Peter Sprague, President of Corporate Training Partners, Inc. Peter works with companies to transform potential into profits. His work with a regional auto parts warehouse distributor helped them grow revenues 600% in three years. Peter has an unusual combination of experience as a financial analyst and corporate trainer, which helps him focus on practical, bottom-line oriented solutions with his clients.

Prior to forming Corporate Training Partners in 1998, Peter was with Raymond James Financial (RJF) for nearly 15 years. His work as a corporate educator was instrumental in creating a culture of Service Excellence at Raymond James - a culture which created a competitive edge for RJF in the financial services industry. In this period their revenues grew from $280 million to more than $900 million. Peter has worked in the areas of Customer Service and Management Development for many years and enjoys bringing a systems perspective to the challenge of helping companies build a culture in which their people and profits will grow.

Peter is an active member of the St. Petersburg Toastmasters club and has achieved the Advanced Toastmaster level. He is also active in the Suncoast Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, serving as President Elect in 2003, and the National Speakers Association - Central Florida chapter. He works constantly to improve his skills so he can deliver a memorable presentation to every audience.
